Prenatal classes

Before joining Prenatal Yoga, please obtain guidance from your doctor, midwife or other qualified healthcare professional, and share relevant pregnancy considerations with your instructor. Classes are adapted for general pregnancy wellness and make no promise about pregnancy or birth outcomes.

Practising online

You are responsible for ensuring your practice space is safe, clear and suitable, and for using appropriate props. Instructors can only offer guidance based on what they can see and hear, and cameras are optional.
